Agency Portfolio is looking for an Ad Campaigns Manager to plan, launch, and optimise paid social marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a full-time role based in Lisbon, working alongside strategists, creatives, and account teams to turn briefs into measurable results. As Ad Campaigns Manager, you will own campaigns end to end across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. You'll be responsible for building campaigns, managing budgets, testing and improving performance, and reporting clearly on outcomes to internal teams and clients. Responsibilities include setting up and managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms and client accounts; planning audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies aligned to client goals; running A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences to improve performance; monitoring spend and pacing daily to stay on budget and hit KPIs; analysing results and producing clear, actionable reports and recommendations; collaborating with creative and copy teams to brief and refine ad assets; and staying current with platform updates, ad policies, and social advertising trends. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally in an agency setting; strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and at least one other major social ad platform; solid grasp of campaign metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and how to act on them; comfort managing multiple campaigns and budgets at once; strong analytical skills and confidence working in spreadsheets and reporting tools; clear communication in English (Portuguese is a plus); and eligibility to work in Lisbon, Portugal. Experience with tracking setup (pixels, conversion APIs) and familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio are advantages.
